Dust

We’re only made of dust, dust, and dust
We’re made of hope and lots of dust
Which is why we always must

Choose to believe in love
And love doesn’t mean what you want
You have to trust, and to forgive

You can still believe in love
But first you have to learn to hate
Distrust distrust, spite whom spites
There’s worse things than being loved
Right?

Do you still believe in love?
Will you forgive and trust once again?

No matter what you look like, or feel like
I’m sure somewhere you still believe in love

We’re only made of dust, dust, and dust
We’re made of hope and lots of dust
I know you hope, I know you trust
It’s what makes us more than dust
